Absolutely beautiful experience for me. I was unsure if my mind would relax enough for me to get through the process but Sonja made me feel really safe, explained the process in detail and provided a space that was relaxing. Oh my goodness, where do I start? Sonja is incredibly warm—I connected with her kind heart even before my session, and from that moment I was genuinely looking forward to seeing her. She explains the entire process so clearly and guides you with such gentle care. It was my first time experiencing this therapy, and she made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish.

Thank you so much Sonja on taking me on a journey in unpacking and uncovering the different part of my soul.I learned so much in our session insights, my becoming and just learning how to be present again  in my own body.

Sonja has a rare gift i could even feel as I was closing my eyes as she was guiding me through the meditation there was definitely and  energy around me.

I thought at first I was hallucinations but when I focused on stilling my mind and breathing it was as if my inner voice was speaking to me and telling me things that at first seemed weird but the more relaxed and still I became the more I could hear what they were saying.

It was such an interesting experience
